Chief of Accounts

Responsibilities : Planning, organizing and controlling finances for the company. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Preparation of balance sheet and income statement. Preparing accruals for all payroll benefits and obligations on a monthly and annual basis. Preparing daily accounting entries on the accounting system. Preparing and managing all customers’ accounts, vendors and employees. Following up and collecting company’s receivables (debtors). Preparing and organizing monthly payrolls. Following up with banks and preparing banking reconciliations. Following up with sales tax department and social security department. Using an Accounting Software program. Validate purchases and ensure that all purchase transactions are made through pre-approved vendors. Qualifications : Very motivated and well organized. Eager to learn. Team player. Bilingual with fluency in English & Arabic. Strong personality and self-confident. Competent and hard working. Work independently and remotely. Effectively communicate with the team and stakeholders.
