Job Description

• Provide functional support for multiple business units.
• Manages assigned projects through various stages of the process to meet the proposed project schedule.
• Serve as the main point of contact to working with internal business partners to solve and troubleshoot open questions or issues on banking applications.
• Engage closely with key stakeholders in the business, technology and project management team to provide transparency and provide reports on progress, risks and issues.
• Understand the needs of functionality gaps for business partners and work with them to provide solutions.
• Help educate business partners on business applications use and capabilities.
• Work with Learning and Development teams to educate so they can create training materials.
