Drives compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement across the warehouse.

• Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, issuing, dispatch)
• Ensure accurate inventory control and proper location management
• Maintain housekeeping, safety standards and compliance to Hempel best practice
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance / supervision
• Interface with Sales Order Processor to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Conduct cycle counts and support monthly inventory reporting
• Coordinate removal / sorting of over-age materials
• Ensure proper documentation and sign-off of drivers & deliveries
• Support implementation of QMS procedures and continuous improvement
• What we’re looking for :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / related field
• Certificate in Warehouse Management (preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in warehousing / logistics (supervisory level)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory & supply chain management
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry systemsThis role will be based in Dammam (Saudi Arabia) and will report into the Warehouse Manager.
