MadA is seeking a highly capable
Sales Manager
to support the company's growth and strengthen its market presence. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and securing key accounts within the logistics technology sector.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing sales functions, achieving ambitious targets, and demonstrating strong analytical, strategic planning, and relationship‑management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and engage potential clients across various industries.
Build and manage long‑term relationships with business partners.
Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to successful onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Have 8–15 years of experience in sales, preferably within software, logistics, or technology services.
Demonstrate a proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Exhibit strong relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Apply a strategic mindset to identify and capture growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA) is a plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management.
