Overview
Rule Purpose To operate the plant equipment as per the requirements to ensure products meet the ASD Standards of GMP, environment, health, safety, quality, and volume. Consistent plant operation in line with Al Safi Danone’s manufacturing excellence principles.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure operations follow procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams.
- Monitor process parameters and prepare shift reports.
- Implement HACCP and CIP processes.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and GMP standards are followed.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
