Job Role :

  • Driving growth initiatives and partnerships within the telecommunications sector including identifying new business opportunities, developing market strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's competitive position and drive revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives in the telecommunications market.
  • Develop a partnership model such as BOT, BOO, & PPP with strategic customers and Mega, Giga projects owners.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, service partners, and other industry players.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and sales materials that effectively communicate the benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide market insights that guide product development and enhancements.
  • Analyze financial data to assess the viability of new business opportunities and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives and report on progress to senior management.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • Identify potential risks associated with new business initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
  • Job Specifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or
  • strategic partnerships within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products, services, and technologies is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
