Collect and analyze project requirements in coordination with stakeholders. Contribute to the development of work plans and project schedules. Prepare project documentation (Project Charter, Scope Plan, Risk Plan). Coordinate with departments to identify and allocate required resources. Execution and Monitoring
Monitor the implementation of daily activities and ensure compliance with the project timeline. Prepare and review progress reports. Track the project budget and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits. Coordinate between project teams and resolve operational issues. Risk and Quality Management
Identify potential risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures. Monitor quality standards and ensure deliverables meet specifications. Report observations or deviations to the direct manager. Communication and Documentation
Prepare presentations and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders. Document all project phases and related correspondence. Support the Project Manager in communications with vendors and clients. Closure and Continuous Improvement
Assist in project closure activities and prepare the final completion report. Document lessons learned and contribute to improving future processes. Participate in evaluating the performance of teams and vendors. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in the same field. Seniority level
