Department Overview You will be part of a multi-disciplined project team dedicated to designing and delivering complex mission-critical voice and data systems, used directly by customers or by Motorola Solutions to deliver Managed Services. You will work in the post-sales phases of projects and support multiple projects in parallel, depending on size and complexity. Job Description The Deployment Engineer will be part of project teams designing and delivering voice and data systems, working in post-sales phases and supporting multiple projects. The role can operate at different levels depending on project size and individual experience. Main duties : Perform end-to-end deployment IP plan and develop communication and services meeting customer requirements. Manage all customer-facing technical aspects from conceptual phases to system implementation. Coordinate communication between internal engineering teams and customers. Generate system documentation and equipment lists using relevant tools. Present technical solutions and services to customers, project teams, and management. Work with project managers to track progress, decisions, and changes. The scope includes activities such as validating client needs, performing detailed design reviews, maintaining knowledge of IP & Transmission design, supporting documentation generation, ensuring equipment availability, managing requirements, providing technical support, and participating in project reviews. Basic Requirements Graduate in telecommunications, Computers, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated results with a good understanding of technical concepts. Additional IT qualifications like CCNA, EX200, Networking are a plus. Fluent in English. Advantages include experience in IP & Transmission design, secure remote access solutions, virtualization, Windows / Linux administration, complex project integration, and communication solutions. Desirable skills include knowledge of communication standards (MCPTT, LMR), LTE, Docker, and industry OSS / BSS applications. The role requires flexibility to travel within and outside the region (~35% on average).
