Lead project teams in the development of project plans and deliverables to ensure successful project execution Manage resources to ensure quality execution of projects within budget and on time Monitor progress against established project plans, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Develop effective relationships with stakeholders and team members in order to ensure successful project outcomes Prepare project status reports for internal review Required Qualifications & Experience

At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry or similar field Excellent management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks A proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
