The HR Specialist is responsible for performing all HR administrative tasks and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing personnel management. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage documentation, coordinate recruitment efforts, and ensure all HR processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day HR administrative duties and maintain organized personnel files. Perform full-cycle recruitment, including advertising positions, interviewing, and shortlisting qualified candidates. Prepare and process all HR-related documentation, including contracts, memos, and reports. Support employee relations and provide guidance on company policies and procedures. Assist in the onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees. Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. Requirements
Nationality : Must be a Saudi National. Experience : A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a human resources role.
