Description
We are seeking a QC Mechanical Supervisor to oversee our quality control operations in the mechanical department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all mechanical components meet the required quality standards and will lead a team of QC inspectors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the quality control team for mechanical components.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Analyze quality reports and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
- Train and mentor QC staff on best practices and quality standards.
