As the Head of Manufacturing at a leading regional company based in Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring world-class quality, and building the manufacturing legacy of our client’s presence in the Saudi market. You will oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring that strategies and execution translate into efficiency, productivity, and long-term sustainability.

In this role, you will work closely with plant managers, supply chain, R&D, quality assurance, and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class production capabilities, optimize resources, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will champion safety, compliance, and innovation while driving initiatives that maximize output, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Your contributions will be central to shaping the company’s operational backbone, ensuring scalable growth, and positioning the organization as a trusted leader with uncompromising standards in manufacturing excellence.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, and delivering continuous improvement.
• Strong expertise in production planning, process optimization, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation.
• Experience in managing budget, projects, and end-to-end plant operations.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance, safety, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire large teams, foster accountability, and build a high-performance culture.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.
