Job Responsibilities
Manage the care of new and follow-up patients at Riyadh Hospital from consultation through to completion of treatment. Maintain accurate and clear medical records. Ensure consistent medical treatment of patients by working in accordance with agreed protocols to achieve medical continuity of care. Provide advice to clinical, scientific, and administrative staff. Facilitate ongoing training under the direction of the Medical Director, in line with General Medical Board requirements, best practices, and hospital policies & procedures. Take responsibility for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and document activities to support revalidation. Comply with current laws, regulations, and accreditation standards such as MOH, SCFHS, SFDA, CBAHI, JCI, etc. Ensure the credentials, privileges, and competencies of subordinates are maintained. Qualification & Experience Requirements
3rd category credential according to SCFHS (e.g., Saudi clinical diploma, Arab Board, Jordanian Board, postgraduate certificate, Syrian Board, Egyptian Master, etc.). Current registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a Resident is highly preferred. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP, ALSO depending on the specialty are highly required. Skills and Competencies
Profound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia. Commitment to the ethical standards of the profession and medical field. Excellent communication and people management skills. Leadership qualities and emotional / social intelligence.
