We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lighting Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in lighting systems and a proven track record in sales. As a Lighting Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical expertise and support to customers. Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue sales opportunities within designated territory or market segment. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and cultivating new business opportunities. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical specifications, and recommending solutions to meet their lighting needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment with customer requirements and market demands. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and maximize revenue. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by management, consistently striving for excellence in performance. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in lighting sales or a similar technical sales role. Strong technical understanding of lighting systems, including LED technology, controls, and applications. Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success and exceeding customer expectations. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Working Conditions
