Job Overview
Manage shift personnel and operate the food and beverage can line to produce products meeting quality and food safety standards, and achieve targets in production, efficiency, spoilage, and operating cost. Maintain housekeeping throughout the can line as per HACCP plan. Qualifications / Requirements
5 years’ experience in the food & beverage industry is essential, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, etc.). Ability to understand mechanical drawings for identifying part numbers. Extensive knowledge of food and beverage factory equipment, process control, and quality control. Computer skills, including MS Office.
