Jacobs’ Strategic Consulting team provides strategic advisory in all phases of the business life cycle, informed by our operational knowledge and deep functional expertise. By integrating strategic and technical expertise, we support the full spectrum of client functions from executive leadership project delivery and operations. We are seeking motivated consultants with 3+ years of management consulting experience to join our Infrastructure Transformation team. The role is designed for a generalist with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who can contribute across a broad portfolio of infrastructure advisory projects. Responsibilities

Support delivery of consulting assignments across utilities, operations, innovation, and capital projects. Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to inform strategies and recommendations. Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, workshops and client deliverables. Engage with internal and client teams to coordinate inputs and manage workstreams. Assist in developing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to strengthen service delivery. Translate technical engineering concepts into strategic business opportunities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, preferably within engineering sectors or infrastructure projects Exposure to infrastructure, capital projects, strategic transformation, or innovation (desirable). Skills & Attributes
