Kinan . Manage leads and execute projects within the urban development sales function. Scope includes customer communication plans as well as sales initiatives with the sales team. Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets. Monitor the appointments and follow potential customers to explain the company’s products to achieve targets. Visual visits to each of our projects to check the improvements and maintain a list of properties. Stays informed about current market conditions to properly guide clients. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure the terms are met. Handles the necessary paperwork through CRM. Ensure collections are made as per the plan and take corrective measures in case of delays. Operating Environment : Based in Jeddah Supports the sales function by assisting in the execution of sales strategies, engaging with clients, and maintaining accurate property and sales records to achieve company sales targets Communications & Working Relationships
Reports directly to Head of Sales Coordinates with the sales team, finance, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and timely collections Employed under a one-year contract and will be renewable for a comparable period unless either party notifies Framework, Boundaries & Decision-Making Responsibility
Operates under the guidance of the Head of Sales Responsible for managing client appointments, property visits, contract reviews, CRM updates, and follow-up on collections Has limited decision-making authority; focuses on execution of assigned sales activities within established sales strategies, policies, and targets Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or customer relationship management Required Languages & Computer Skills
English and Arabic Word, PowerPoint, Excel Good in ERP system Required Competencies & Skills
