Solutions Architect (Banking Transformation)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong experience in technology consulting and core banking transformation . You will design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective digital solutions for financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead design and validation of solution architectures (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).

Define target architectures for core banking, payments, channels, and integration platforms.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Support delivery teams to ensure architectural integrity during implementation.

Prepare RFP / RFI responses and deliver technical presentations for diverse audiences.

Requirements :

7+ years in technology consulting, with 3+ years in solution architecture.

Proven core banking transformation experience (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Java Spring Boot ; ability to analyze C# or Java code.

Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud-native, microservices, and integration patterns.

Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.

Banking, fintech, or financial services experience preferred.
