Site Electrical Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, specifically in water and wastewater treatment processes. The role requires a hands-on professional with a proven ability to manage and oversee the electrical aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all electrical engineering activities on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in water and wastewater treatment plants. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and process engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and wiring to ensure functionality and safety. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project progress, testing results, and any issues encountered. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for the timely delivery and installation of electrical materials and equipment. Support the project management team in technical decision-making and problem-solving. Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and standards. Provide guidance and support to junior electrical engineers and technicians. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of total experience

in electrical engineering, with at least

5+ years of experience

specifically in

water and wastewater treatment processes . Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning in industrial and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with electrical safety standards, local codes, and regulations. Proven ability to manage electrical systems in large-scale projects, preferably in the water and wastewater sector. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical design software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian market or GCC region is a plus. Professional certification in Electrical Engineering (PE) or related certifications. Experience with SCADA and PLC systems in water treatment plants.
