To ensure the effective governance, monitoring, and reporting of project and corporate performance across the organization. The role supports data-driven decision-making, benefits realization, and alignment between project execution and organizational objectives.

Project Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to established governance policies and frameworks within assigned portfolios.
  • Review project reports, dashboards, and logs for consistency with EPMO standards.
  • Track governance compliance and support the resolution of non-conformance issues.
  • Monitor project risks and issue registers to ensure timely escalation and documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of project documentation and controls.
  • Support governance-related audits and readiness assessments.
  • Advise project teams on compliance with governance frameworks and reporting protocols.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor the performance of projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring progress toward defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitor the financial and non-financial performance of the products.
  • Consolidate division-level and project-level reporting inputs for review and validation by the EPMO Director and executive management.
  • Provide detailed performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Track project delivery status, milestones, and benefits realization across portfolios.
  • Lead the preparation of corporate performance reports by aligning project outputs with organizational KPIs and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with departments and project owners to ensure timely and accurate data collection for dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other enabling functions to integrate relevant metrics into corporate scorecards.
  • Maintain standardized reporting formats, cycles, and templates within the EPMO to ensure consistency across all divisions.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  • Master’s Degree Preferred.
  • Professional Certificates.
