We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist - Landscape to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring that our landscapes are not only visually stunning but also sustainable and functional.

As a Senior Specialist in Landscape, you will work under the direction of the Landscape Manager to assist in the planning, design, and implementation of landscape projects. You will utilize your expertise to contribute to the creation of vibrant outdoor spaces that enhance Qiddiya\'s vision, ensuring they reflect best practices in landscape architecture.

Your effective collaboration with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders will play a critical role in the project development process, from conception through to realization.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing landscape designs and concepts in line with project specifications and sustainability guidelines

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform landscape design decisions

Support project management in overseeing the implementation of landscape designs, coordinating with contractors and suppliers

Review and evaluate landscape design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Collaborate with the project team to integrate landscape elements seamlessly into overall project planning

Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders to convey design concepts and project updates

Stay updated on landscape architecture trends, technologies, and sustainable practices

Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in landscape architecture or design, preferably in large-scale projects

Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and project management practices

Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and environmental regulations

Familiarity with local ecology, vegetation, and landscape considerations is advantageous
