Responsibilities :
- Lead the painting team, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols are met.
- Plan and assign daily tasks based on schedules and priorities.
- Estimate materials and manpower, ensuring timely availability of supplies.
- Supervise surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing.
- Conduct quality checks and address issues promptly.
- Ensure safety measures, including protective covers and equipment maintenance.
- Train and guide team members on techniques, safety, and procedures.
- Maintain workspace cleanliness and enforce HSE guidelines.
- Suggest process improvements for productivity and quality.
- Implement 5S and Lean principles to optimize workflows.
