We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Shop Foreman to lead our machine shop team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining processes and will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
• Manage a team of machinists, providing guidance and support to optimize workflow.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of machinery and tools used in the shop.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices in the machine shop environment.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on produced components.
