Additional Information : This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Saudi Bonyan. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach.
Meet with potential clients and grow long‑lasting relationships that address their needs.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check‑ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
Manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
5 or more years of experience preferably in branded hotels.
Proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Superb leadership ability.
