Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance of multiple retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction across all stores.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing losses and excess inventory.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and implement necessary changes.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all retail locations.
