Overview We are seeking an energised and passionate Group Fitness Instructor who is committed to delivering exceptional classes and helping clients move with intention, reflect deeply, and connect meaningfully. As an instructor, you’ll go beyond leading workouts – you’ll create transformative experiences that embody the studio’s brand values and become part of a growing fitness family.

About the Studio With 7 successful years in the UAE, our client is now expanding to Saudi Arabia! They’re creating a professional yet homely workout environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international fitness brand and be part of a supportive, energetic, and inspiring team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality group fitness classes (3–4 per day, 18 per week) in line with studio standards

Build meaningful client relationships, supporting them in achieving their fitness goals

Maintain a motivating, inclusive, and professional atmosphere in every class

Tailor class plans for all fitness levels, focusing on Lagree, Pilates, and Strength Training

Uphold studio cleanliness, safety, and brand standards

Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to foster a welcoming community

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Group Fitness Instructor

Pilates experience an advantage

Recognised personal training qualification (minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent)

Lagree Certification preferred, not required

Fluent English required (Arabic a plus)

Energetic, friendly, humble, and professional personality

Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

Tax-free monthly salary 16 250 SAR (approximately US$ 4 330)

Commission for classes above 50% capacity (class size 12 clients) - 20 SAR per person during the week, 30 SAR per person during the weekend

Quarterly & annual performance-based bonuses

5-day work week

Opportunity to take PT clients outside of scheduled hours
