• Strong knowledge of financing products (mandatory)

• Eloquence in speech

• Persuasion and negotiation abilities

Availability

Not currently employed or ready for immediate onboarding

Work Schedule

• Shift-based work system

• Two rotating weekly days off

• Ability to handle work pressure

Required Core Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking sector as a telesales representative for personal finance products or an equivalent role

• Monthly incentives based on attendance and performance
• Category A medical insurance
• Company covers General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) contributions
