Signaling & Telecom Maintenance Specialist

Supports the section head in monitoring the O&M contract by analyzing contractor performance through dashboards. Provides specialist level expertise for S&T maintenance operations within the HHR & Al Mashaaer Division. Conducts periodic inspections on S&T systems to ensure efficient functioning and identify maintenance needs. Follows up on defects, issues and failures observed in the project with the contractor to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinates with the section head in reviewing maintenance plans and schedules and ensures execution of operations according to the plans and schedules. Ensures compliance to organizational, regulatory, railway and safety standards during maintenance operations within the department. Prepares maintenance compliance reports to verify contractor adherence to maintenance plans. Monitors daily incidents through the Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to stay updated on project status. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant major. Experience

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Seniority level
