Role Description

This is a unique ground‑floor opportunity to build and shape the future of our maintenance department. Your primary mission will be to act as a "hunter" to secure new commercial and high‑end residential landscape maintenance contracts. As you prove your ability to drive revenue and build a strong portfolio, you will naturally evolve into a leadership role, taking full responsibility for the maintenance operations team you helped to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and secure new landscape maintenance clients.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and competitive analysis.
• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Prepare compelling and competitive proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Conduct property walks and site assessments to understand client needs and provide accurate service recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition of new contracts from sale to service.
• Act as the initial point of contact for new clients, ensuring a flawless onboarding experience.
• As you demonstrate success, you will gradually assume responsibility for managing the maintenance operations team, including scheduling, quality control, and crew leadership.
• Develop and implement operational standards and processes to ensure service excellence as the portfolio grows.
