Quality Record Controller

Contractual (Single Status).Start as soon as possible ASAP Duration

21 months (Extendable) Hours / rotation :

Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid). 10 hours per day(including 1 hour break) Salary range :

QualityRecord Controller ensures the implementation of all the quality proceduresand standards in the appointed area / subcontractor. He / she isresponsible for performing inspections on subcontractor’s activities assuringthe conformity to site inspection plans and applicable engineering. Duties and responsibilities

To ensure the implementation of all the quality / HSEprocedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) ofresponsibilities, together with the other members of quality / HSE teams. To support the construction material controller in checkingthe supplier’s material prior to the start of works. To address subcontractor activities for his / her owndiscipline, ensuring that plant construction works are performedaccording to the applicable engineering specification, site proceduresand site inspection plan according to quality & safety procedures,as well as according to the terms and conditions of the subcontract . To check that the manpower employed by the subcontractorcontinuously respect the requirements of applicable procedures and the qualitylevel fixed by the same. To check that the equipment employed by the subcontractorare adequate and calibrated as required according to applicableprocedures and to the quality level fixed by the same. To check that the works performed by the subcontractorconform to the applicable documents, safety regulations, and to the qualitylevel fixed by the same, in coordination with the other members of quality / HSEteams. To inform the site engineer to make the necessary changeswhen detects any design errors. To promote the non-conformity draft and informs the constructionquality manager, supporting him / her in the nonconformity resolution. Keeping the construction quality manager informed, receivethe request of inspection from subcontractors and confirm to proceedwith the inspection informing the client, assume the responsibility incase of client’s (motivated) rejection of the inspection taking care ofremedial action and avoiding the repetition of similar case in future. Knowledge & Qualifications

University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline orequivalent. Experience

Relevant experience in construction / modernizationof large petrochemicalplants / EPC projects. Strong subcontractors and construction / commissioning managementexperience in EPC project, large / XL plants. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the specific discipline. Similar role covered in last three projects of comparable size. Experience working on contractor side. Skills and Abilities

Excellent IT and analytical skills. Excellent communications and interpersonalskills. Attention to detail, management skills. Team-oriented skills,self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timelyperformance and problem resolution.
