Overview
We seek HR Analysts and an HR Head specializing in Compensation and Benefits to enhance our HR programs in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Roles involve HR analyses, developing compensation structures, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with teams to provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Positions vary by level and focus, including providing insights and recommendations for HR programs and systems, maintaining HR systems, addressing stakeholder queries, supporting process improvements, and leading policy and planning initiatives where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HR analyses and develop compensation structures to support business goals.
- Ensure compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR management activities and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Maintain HR systems and address stakeholder queries; support process improvements.
- Lead workforce planning and policy / planning initiatives for HR Head level where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to foster organizational development and change management.
Qualifications
For HR Analyst (Compensation and Benefits) : Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.For HR Head : seasoned HR professional with experience in policy development, planning, and leadership of compensation and benefits programs (as applicable).#J-18808-Ljbffr
