We are looking for a Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager specializing in the dermatology, aesthetics, and laser device sector. Experience in cosmetics or dermatology-related devices is also highly valued. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Supervisor based in Jeddah. The Medical Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing training to team members. Additionally, the Supervisor will maintain effective communication with clients, ensure excellent customer service, and stay updated on medical product knowledge and industry developments. Proven experience in the Saudi market, especially in Jeddah and the Western Region. Strong background in sales of dermatology and laser devices or related cosmetic equipment. Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a similar field. Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities Knowledge of Medical Devices , Aesthetics and related products Customer Service expertise and ability to provide Training to sales team members Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous experience in the Aesthetic medical sales is an advantage Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, Bio Medical Engineer, Medicine, or related field is preferred Proficiency in both Arabic and English. Oversee and guide the sales team to achieve targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for the dermatology and laser device division. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the Western Region. Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
