We are seeking a highly specialized Content Creator with deep expertise in the LinkedIn ecosystem. You will be the driving force behind our brand’s content, crafting powerful narratives that position our company and executives as industry thought leaders. Your work will directly contribute to attracting our target audience, generating qualified leads, and building a loyal professional community.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development : Develop and execute a content strategy specifically tailored to the LinkedIn platform and our B2B audience.

Research, write, and edit high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn (company page posts, executive personal branding content, long-form articles, and engaging commentary).

Audience Growth & Engagement : Implement strategies to grow our followers and increase meaningful engagement rates on LinkedIn.

Monitor trends and conversations on the platform to identify timely content opportunities.

Actively engage with the community by responding to comments and messages to foster strong relationships.

Performance & Collaboration : Analyze content performance using LinkedIn analytics and leverage insights to refine strategy.

Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create visually compelling assets that enhance written content.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Content Creator with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of successful LinkedIn content.

Previous experience working in a marketing agency is required.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Arabic.

In-depth understanding of personal branding strategies for executives on LinkedIn.

Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging, and professional content.

Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including audience nuances and cultural context; ability to tailor content effectively for Saudi-based professionals.

Experience with LinkedIn advertising (LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Knowledge of content performance analysis and SEO principles.
