Responsibilities

• Administer, operate, and maintain company servers (Windows / Linux) ensuring stability and high performance.
• Manage Active Directory , including user creation, permissions, group policies, and security configurations.
• Monitor system and server performance regularly and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery systems to ensure data protection and business continuity.
• Apply and maintain cybersecurity policies and perform regular patch updates.
• Manage corporate email systems (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Exchange).
• Configure and maintain core network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VPN .
• Oversee user access controls and file permissions in line with company security policies.
• Participate in IT infrastructure upgrade projects and system enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regular system health reports.
• Provide advanced technical support to internal users regarding system-related issues.
• Monitor antivirus systems and firewalls in coordination with the cybersecurity team.
• Perform data restoration and testing as part of business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with network and development teams to ensure system compatibility and integration.
• Contribute to improving overall IT infrastructure performance through automation and optimization solutions .
