Production Operations Engineer

Job Purpose :

Supports and optimizes production operations to ensure efficient plant performance, high-quality output, and adherence to operational standards across ready-mix, asphalt, and aggregate plants.

Principal Accountabilities :

Monitor and assist in production processes to achieve operational targets.

Provide technical support to production teams and operators.

Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Assist in implementing preventive maintenance and quality assurance measures.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and logistics teams to support seamless operations.

Prepare production reports and required documentation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in production operations within ready-mix, asphalt, or aggregate plants.

Solid understanding of production processes, plant equipment, and operational standards.
