Job Description

A leading company in tourism and prop-tech (real estate technology) based in Saudi Arabia, backed by multiple investment funds, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Riyadh office and play a pivotal role in shaping Darents next chapter. This is more than just a execution‑focused role, its about helping define how technology, design, and operations transform vacation rentals into seamless, inspiring experiences. Working at the intersection of PropTech, travel, and hospitality, you will drive end‑to‑end initiatives that elevate the way guests discover stays, empower hosts to succeed, and streamline internal operations. Your impact will directly influence how Darent sets new benchmarks for excellence in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver product roadmaps that elevate the guest booking journey, host tools, and internal systems. Lead product discovery and translate insights into clear requirements, epics, and user stories. Partner with design, engineering, and internal operations to ship high‑quality, timely product releases.

Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on results. Drive structured experimentation (A / B tests, pilots) to validate ideas and continuously improve user journeys. Champion the user experience, trust, and reliability across every product touchpoint. Act as a thought leader in shaping the future of PropTech and vacation rentals in the region.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. MBA is a plus, but equivalent experience and demonstrated talent are highly valued. 5 years of product management experience in PropTech, travel, hospitality, or marketplace platforms. Proven success in shipping impactful products and scaling them to new heights. Experience working in high‑growth or startup environments, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across stakeholders and teams. Strong design sensibility with a focus on intuitive user experiences. Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus. Bonus : Familiarity with the Saudi or wider MENA real estate / hospitality ecosystem.
