Lamina Ltd. is seeking a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator with experience on Manroland or KBA presses to join our team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years hands-on experience operating Manroland or KBA offset presses.
  • Experience with UV offset printing as well as conventional printing.
  • Technical diploma in printing, graphics, or related field (preferred).
  • Basic English to read manuals and job orders – Arabic is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of sheet-fed offset printing (4-color, 6-color, or more units).
  • Machine setup, calibration, and adjustments.
  • Color management : Pantone, CMYK, special colors.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and color issues.
  • Knowledge of various substrates (coated, uncoated, boards, metallized paper).

    • Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Manroland or KBA offset presses.
  • Ensure production targets with minimum waste and downtime .
  • Routine maintenance and cleaning of the press.
  • Maintain color consistency and sheet registration during production.
  • Follow ISO / BRC quality standards and 5S practices.
  • Accurate reporting and shift documentation.

  • Ability to train and support junior operators .
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
