Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain a wide range of security devices (IPS, EDR, MDM, IAM / PAM, Email Security, etc.).
  • Deploy and manage sandboxing solutions to detect advanced threats.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident resolution.
  • Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Provide executive-level communication on device performance and incidents.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in security device management / SOC operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with security tools : IPS, Sandboxing, Application Control, EDR, IAM / PAM, Vulnerability Assessment, and DDoS Protection.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills .
  • Certifications preferred : CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent.
