Job Description SAUDI ARABIA – REQUIRED FOR A LEADING MANUFACTURING COMPANY (Plastic / Paper Packaging / Recycled Resins / Corrugated Packaging & Consumer Products). Service Technician Team Leader – 10 NOS.
Responsibilities
Leading the service technician team to perform services.
Ensuring that call‑cycle visits comply with service standards as per the job responsibilities and tasks given to the service technicians by conducting market visits.
Tracking unfinished installation, identifying the reason, and reporting to the Market Developer.
Reporting competitor activity to the Market Developer and sales team.
Filling evaluation performance sheets for each technician after each market visit.
Evaluating and training new technicians in the service department.
Conducting assessment for all new outlets (current or new customers).
Monitoring the stock of accessories and tools needed during call‑cycle visits and sharing requirements with the Market Developer.
Preparing technician incentives and discussing approval with the Market Developer.
Adding new customers on the Customer Care system by location.
Managing sample preparation and sample room responsibilities.
