Job Summary Our client is seeking a seasoned Medical Manager to lead our underwriting and claims operations, ensuring compliance and service quality through Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

Responsibilities

Underwriting & Claims Management : Oversee underwriting and claims handling procedures, supervise departmental staff, and ensure accurate documentation.

Client & Business Development : Collaborate with the Production team to acquire new business, prepare quotations, and negotiate policy terms.

Operational & Financial Oversight : Maintain premium registers, assist with financial follow-ups, and sign off on policies and claims documents.

Medical Network & Service Coordination : Build relationships with healthcare providers to ensure efficient customer service.

Strategic & Market Analysis : Conduct market studies, monitor competitive threats, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.

Requirements

6-9 years

of relevant experience, with at least

4-5 years

in a managerial role

University graduate with a professional certification / membership in a relevant field

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
