PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Market Strategy : Collaborate with market leadership to ensure proper pricing, positioning, and inventory management of all revenue streams including rooms, function space, and outlets. Sales : Provide input on hotel sales goals, pricing, and customer data strategies. Human Resources : Foster a fair, equitable, and satisfying work environment to enable business success. Financial Management : Develop and oversee the market strategy budget to meet or surpass revenue targets. Administrative Responsibilities

Work with the Director of Finance to develop the annual operating budget. Coordinate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to craft marketing plans for all revenue streams. Manage period-end reporting and analysis. Technical and Commercial Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed revenue targets as per budget. Enhance hotel market share and RGI through strong revenue management practices. Assist in pricing strategies for transient, group, banquet, and space bookings. Continuously analyze competitive sets, pricing, seasonality, and customer mix. Ensure revenue management standards are upheld. Engage proactively with the corporate office for seamless communication. Human Resources Responsibilities

Train sales strategy team members on revenue and yield management. Maintain open, collaborative relationships within the team. Reporting & Communication

Report to the General Manager and collaborate with the Corporate Office as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service and operations. Other Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or relevant field. At least 3 years of hotel revenue management experience. Excellent communication skills in English. Self-motivated, results-driven, and possess leadership qualities. Knowledge of revenue management systems and hotel revenue concepts. Strong analytical skills, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in standard software applications and hotel systems. Additional Details
