Execute training matrix as per AMHEC QHSE manual. Liaise with relevant entities on updating required training. Conduct QHSE inductions for new employees. Conduct additional QHSE training. Create QHSE Skills & Development Programs. Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of training. Monitor and record all training conducted. Translate training material to relevant language needs. Improve the QHSE skills and development structure. Ensure employee QHSE training programs and guidelines are developed, regularly maintained, implemented, reviewed, and complied with. Raise any Stop Work Authority if there are unsafe acts and conditions within the workplace and report to Manager, QHSE. Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his / her direct manager. Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental
Promotes and disseminates a positive health and safety culture and improves the HSE climate. Identifies any HSE risks and recommends and implements measures and solutions to mitigate these risks. Qualifications and Training
Relevant facilitators / train the trainer certifications. Health and safety certification required (NEBOSH General) Preferred or NVQ / NQF level 5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas and / or heavy equipment industry. ISO Implementation standards (9001, 14001, and 45001). Ability to conduct training. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Hazard identification and risk assessment training. Able to work independently. Working conditions
Nature or work may require working beyond standard working hours as and when required. Travel (up to 50%) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to AMHEC’s sites, yards and branches. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Authority within the IMS
