Civil Gypsum Supervisor - Domopan Arabia

Domopan Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Gypsum Supervisor to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading company in the construction industry. The Civil Gypsum Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of gypsum installation and finishing on various construction projects, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of gypsum installation teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of gypsum works and ensure timely completion within the allocated budget.
• Inspect completed gypsum installations to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and identify any defects.
• Manage material procurement, storage, and usage, minimising waste and ensuring sufficient stock levels.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety training sessions for the gypsum installation teams.
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and project integration.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, documenting work completed, challenges encountered, and planned activities.
• Resolve any technical issues or conflicts arising during the gypsum installation process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process optimisations.
