Cybersecurity GRC Lead

Lead the organization’s Cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs by driving related regulatory compliance, overseeing risk mitigation efforts, ensuring asset protection, and fostering a strong culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and updating of Cybersecurity GRC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct and oversee Cybersecurity GRC risk assessments, analyzing risks and defining mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective implementation of Cybersecurity GRC controls and provide detailed reports on their performance.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness by organizing training sessions and leading awareness campaigns across the organization.
• Lead incident response activities, including coordination, containment, documentation, and post-incident analysis.
• Oversee continuous monitoring of security systems and ensure timely response to potential threats.
• Evaluate third-party vendors’ cybersecurity compliance and ensure proper governance of external risks.
• Lead Cybersecurity GRC compliance assessments, identify gaps, and coordinate with departments to align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational objectives.
