Event Coordinators / Event Specialists

to support the successful delivery of a major international

football tournament

in Saudi Arabia. This is a fixed-term project role requiring hands-on experience in

events operations and coordination . Overview

This role focuses on planning, coordination, and execution of event operations for a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The position is fixed-term and requires on-site operational experience. Responsibilities

Assist in the

planning, coordination, and execution

of event operations across various functional areas (venue management, spectator services, hospitality, protocol, logistics, etc.). Work closely with

internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders

to ensure operational readiness. Coordinate

day-to-day schedules, documentation, and reporting

for assigned areas. Support

venue preparations

including set-up, signage, accreditation, catering, and other operational requirements. Manage on-site operations during event days, ensuring

smooth flow of activities, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction . Provide

administrative support

including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and tracking of deliverables. Ensure that operations are carried out in line with

tournament standards, health & safety, and security protocols . Requirements

Proven experience in events

(sports events, international events, or large-scale cultural projects preferred). Strong

organizational and multitasking skills

with attention to detail. Excellent

communication and stakeholder management skills . Ability to

work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities , and handle operational challenges on-site. Fluent in

English

(Arabic is a plus). Availability to work full-time from

mid-October 2025 until March 2026

(with some roles extending further). This is a great opportunity to be part of a
