Manage and coordinate construction activities for oil and gas projects Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets tailored for the oil and gas sector Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices Liaise with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to align project execution with requirements Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address potential delays or issues Review and approve contractor submittals, including design documents, drawings, and material specifications Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams throughout project lifecycle Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction engineering within the oil and gas sector Strong understanding of oil and gas construction methods, systems, and processes Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale construction projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations Proficiency in project management software and tools
