The Role
We’re hiring a
Social Media Manager
to join our in-house brand & marketing team. Someone who is a creator, thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants exposure across the full marketing stack : branding, PR, content, production, CRM, media, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end social media workflow. From research, ideation, planning, and briefing to execution, publishing, reporting, and optimization. Develop a strong understanding of B2B and B2C real estate services and translate that into content that informs, inspires, and performs. Be an avid social listener, staying sharp on trends in Saudi’s real estate scene and how our brand is perceived and discussed. Actively showcase the consultancy’s work on social through project success stories, project wins, thought leadership, and team representation. Conduct regular benchmarking to surface new content ideas, formats, trending topics, and influencers for collaboration. Lead the content generation process, keeping our feeds active, strategic, and creatively led. Work closely with copywriter and designer to develop, plan, and execute content that cuts through—including posts, video scripts, holistic content programs, and campaigns. Collaborate with internal service departments to curate project-based and monthly content plans. Brief and coordinate with media partners to monitor, optimize, and report paid campaign results. Own the reporting process using social media management and analytics tools.
What We’re Looking For
Someone deeply curious about the business of real estate and excited to learn how to market it. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in social media, content, digital marketing or agency roles. In-depth knowledge of all key social media platforms. Video-first mindset that understands how video drives engagement and how to produce it at different scales. Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-paced, multi-project environment. Strong grasp of timely content planning, calendar execution, and results-driven reporting. Excellent storytelling skills, both visual and written, in English and Arabic. Experience in micro- to mid-scale content production, including video ideation, on-site shoots, and editing workflows. A strong sense of brand tone, content structure, and how to turn insight into content.
