Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Planner to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering planning and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for mechanical engineering projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Analyze project requirements and specifications to create detailed plans.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project delays or issues.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

10-15 years of experience in mechanical planning or project management.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
