الوصف الوظيفيOperations Management（50％） – 毎日の各拠点の入荷数量を確認し、リモートで入荷に関する設定・調整を実施。顧客の注文に対して遅延がないよう在庫進捗を毎時間チェックし、リスク発生時に各拠点担当者へ連絡してリスクを除去。 Resolving Operational Troubles and Issues（30％） – FCネットワーク横断で発生する品質問題等を関連部署と協業し、原因調査・対策案作成・FCへの展開を行う。 Peak Operation Preparation（10％） – 大規模セールに向けた準備項目を進捗管理し、必要に応じてリカバリー案を作成してネットワーク全体をリード。 Risk Assessment & New Operation Design（10％） – 新ツールのデザインレビューを実施し、FC運用への適用を調整・修正。標準作業手順を構築し、遂行後に効果・リスクを数値化してAudit。 製造・物流小売において人・物・金の流れを数値・指標で管理した経験 業務改善を主体的に実行し、数値で成果を管理した経験（継続的に生産性・品質向上を達成） 複数名のリーダー業務経験 タスク管理経験（評価・人材育成経験があれば尚可） プロジェクトマネジメント経験（規模不問、特に多部門横断型の場合は尚可） 部下マネジメント経験 PCスキル（マクロ・プログラミング）を保有 統計・予測・分析手法経験 ビジネスレベルの英語力 インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献意識と多様性に富んだグループで働くことに前向きであること

Team Overview
Amazonの物流拠点であるフルフィルメントセンター（FC）は全国に20か所以上あります。各FCに入荷（Inbound）、出荷（Outbound）、品質保証（QA）チームが存在し、今回のポジションは全国FCの入荷に関する中央管制塔として機能します。
Inbound Central Operation は全国FCの入荷量・在庫レベル・プロセスを管理・運営し、入荷システムの創造と構築を担います。
Position Overview
複数拠点の毎日の商品入荷量や在庫化の進捗をリモートで管理し、ネットワーク横断で発生する課題の解決や Tool 導入などのプロジェクトをリードします。

Working Style
土日祝日を含むシフト制で、現在は9 : 00〜18 : 00（実働8時間）の日勤帯のみですが、将来は時間変更や夜勤帯が追加される可能性があります。必要に応じて業務上の出張もあります。
