Skills Clinical Related
2.1.1. Conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and examinations.
2.1.2. Diagnoses and treat common diseases and emergency.
2.1.3. Perform common surgical procedures such as suturing and subcutaneous abscess incision & drainage.
2.1.4. Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention.
2.1.5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EMR systems and hard copies.
Collaboration And Development
2.2.1. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for multidisciplinary care.
2.2.2. Collaborate with non-medical staff as needed to improve workflow.
2.2.3. Stay current with advances in procedures and techniques.
2.2.4. Contribute to continuous learning by delivering lectures or presentations at professional events to share knowledge and expertise.
2.2.5. Provide phone and in-person consultations to colleagues when required.

2.4.1. Respond to patient concerns and complaints in a professional, timely, and compassionate manner, ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining the clinic’s standards of care and service.
2.4.2. Communicate with patients regarding complaints or follow-up only through official center phone numbers to ensure professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
2.4.3. Refrain from making commitments to patients regarding the outcome of a complaint; instead, communicate that the matter will be reviewed and addressed through the proper channels in accordance with the center policies.
Operational Efficiency and Resource Management
2.5.1. Ensure the appropriate and efficient use of medical materials and supplies, avoiding overuse or waste, while maintaining high standards of patient care and treatment outcomes.
2.5.2. Accurately document the use of materials and supplies in patient records and inventory systems, ensuring proper tracking and accountability to maintain cost efficiency and reduce waste.
Supervising
2.6.1. Train, supervise, and provide clinical guidance to nurses, medical assistants, and technicians within the ability to ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and procedural accuracy.
2.6.2. Follow up to ensure that financial documentation is accurate and complete.
2.6.3. Follow up with assistants and nurses to ensure materials and supplies are accurately documented in patient records and inventory systems, maintaining proper tracking and accountability to reduce waste & control costs.
2.6.4. Follow up with nurses and technicians to ensure that all medicolegal documentation is completed.
